Key Features of the SERMACS 2008 Exposition:
  • 36 booths available in the Plantation Ballroom and 8 premium booths available in the Plantation Lobby (see floor plan at the link above)
  • Exposition Hours:
    • 6:00-8:30 PM, Wednesday, November 12 during Opening Reception/Mixer
    • 10:30 AM-4:30 PM, Thursday, November 13
    • 9:00 AM-2:00 PM, Friday, November 14
  • Each booth will be approximately 8' 10' and include a 6' skirted table with two chairs, pipe & drape and a trash can
  • Standard electrical (110 V) is provided and the hotel has a wireless network available
  • All refreshment breaks and poster sessions are currently scheduled for the Plantation Ballroom to increase traffic to your booth

Perks for Exhibitors:
  • Each booth purchase includes two meeting registrations for your staff
  • Box lunch service available for Thursday and Friday (requires pre-order at time booth fee payment)

Costs:
  • Booth spaces in the Plantation Ballroom are $850 for single and $1600 for double
  • For a $150 premium, your booth can be located in the Plantation Lobby (only 8 spaces available)
  • To participate in the Vendor Prize Drawing during the Opening Reception/Mixer, a prize worth $50 or more must be made available by the vendor
  • Spaces will be chosen by the vendor based on those available at the time of purchase
  • Your company logo can be hot-linked from the SERMACS 2008 exposition page for an additional $50
